Organized by the Pemberton Active Community Committee
Did you know that as an 'Active Community" in B.C. our goal is to increase physical activity in Pemberton by 20% by the year 2010? Healthy living doesn't have to be complicated. There are lots of easy ways to work activity into our daily routines that don't involve classes, equipment or going to the gym; walking, shopping, gardening, playing, working around the house are just to name a few. Come and meet key people in our community who are increasing health and awareness in our area through healthy eating, physical activities and healing. All ages, all are welcome.
IT'S FREE, IT'S FUN IT'S FOR EVERYONE
