Join Pemberton & District business men and women for an after hours chat and networking session. This is your opportunity
to have a beverage and chat with members of our business community. Brainstorm, network or just have a good chin wag.
LAOYAM EAGLES DRAGON BOAT TEAM SEEKS ASSISTANCE
For the third time, Pemberton’s Laoyam Eagles dragon boat team have been chosen to represent Canada on the world stage
at the International Dragon Boat Federation Club Crew World Championships to be held in Toronto from August 7-13,2006.
The crew is comprised of adolescents ages 13-18 from Pemberton and Mt Currie. This summer in Toronto, is the crews' 10th
Anniversary and they will be paddling for Gold! Support is needed in their efforts to raise the $50,000 necessary for travel
and participation in this event.
They are seeking monetary sponsorship as well as material donations to assist in fundraising events. Any donations of packages,
gift certificates or items for raffles or silent auctions are welcome. Company emblem recognition is available for larger
donations (minimum $3,000). For a package for company emblem recognition, more information, or to contribute an item, package

Cheques are made payable to the Laoyam Eagles, and mailed to Laoyam Eagles, Box 493, Pemberton, BC V0N 2L0.
