Pre-Olympic World Host Workshop

WorldHostThis 3½ hour WorldHost Workshop is designed to prep your staff for the 2010 Olympics and Paralympics.

This course is a customer service refresher and is suited for all front line staff, management, small businesses owners, B&B owners and teams of larger businesses.

Possible dates: Jan 26 or 27th.
Cost: $30 plus GST.

This course will be presented by Christine McLeod of Impact Peoples.Practices. This workshop will be offered in Pemberton if  there are at least 10 interested persons.
