individuals to deliver "WOW" customer service, WorldHost
Training Services continues the SuperHost® legacy by offering
internationally recognized training solutions to effectively meet
the needs of our clients in the tourism industry.
If your business is interested in having your Front Office staff participate in this training session please contact us. The program requires a minimum of 15 people to run the course at a cost of $90 per person. This fee includes course workbook, instructor fees, certificate, some sort of stress ball and a commemorative pin. The class is approximately 6 to 7 hours and done in one day.
If you are interested in enrolling any of your staff in this program, please let me know. We can coordinate the class whenever works for us and they are very flexible.
