We are looking for an exceedingly organized individual who can help produce high-quality deliverables for our clients in project development, planning, and grant writing. Applicants must be able to work from a home-based office and have outstanding time management skills. If required, we will provide a computer (must be able to work on a PC).

Our preferred candidate is a skilled writer, critical thinker, natural storyteller, and patient listener, with the ability to be objective and understand multiple viewpoints.

You must have strong computer skills, have excellent report writing abilities, and pay strict attention to detail. You will be required to listen to a story or an idea and articulate that vision into an achievable project plan, including budgets. You will be required to research and reference data to validate a viewpoint. You will need to be a systems mapper and thinker: the ability to dissect complex ideas and create community-based solutions that can be implemented successfully on time and on budget. You must be intuitive, curious, and inherently driven to see our clients succeed.

Post-secondary education preferred though we welcome thought leaders with diverse backgrounds to apply. As we work with a range of clients and in a wide variety of sectors including heritage, infrastructure, arts and culture, health, social services, and the environment—we especially welcome applicants with health, environment, planning, communications, engineering, and regulatory backgrounds.
