The Perfect Candidate:
2+ years of administration or executive assistant experience is required.
Friendly, personable and professional with a drive to succeed in the position and grow within the company.
Professional communication skills with problem-solving abilities, provide excellent and personalized customer service.
Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks (basic) and CRM systems.
Works well independently; able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Loves a challenge and a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Takes initiative works well independently with little direction.
Highly organized, detail oriented and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive and motivated with solid decision-making skills and solution-focused.
Responsibilities Include:
Working directly with the owners to run the business administration duties,
Manage phone and email correspondence.
Overseeing Daily credit card processing, bank deposits, and posting to accounts receivable ensuring continuity in flow with accounting team.
Managing service agreements and quotes, manage follow-up. Insuring our team is responding in a timely matter.
Administrative support needs to the technicians when necessary.
Managing, insurance, licensing, government forms and reporting.
Managing the needs of the vehicle fleet, maintaining record.
Be a part of the team that greases the wheels to make our company efficient, productive  and the first choice of our customers by doing whatever it takes.
Create a synergy with the rest of the team creating efficiencies in flow of the day to day operations with the team.
Overseeing performance expectations and productivities of administrators, insuring there is good balance of duties and fulfillment of tasks in a timely manner.
