RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 
> Assign specific tasks and ensure the team remains productive and on schedule.
> Act as the primary point of contact between the Site crew and the Site Supervisor to ensure goals are aligned.
> Enforce strict safety protocols on-site, ensuring the crew operates tools and equipment correctly and maintains a clean workspace.
> Interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications, converting them into clear, actionable instructions for the team.
> Address and troubleshoot immediate site challenges or discrepancies in the field, escalating major issues to the Supervisor with proposed solutions.
