THE PERFECT CANDIDATE: 
> Bachelor’s degree or previous experience in a related field .
> Experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or golf industry.
> Proficiency in WIX, Canva, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design.
> Excellent communication and customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

Marketing & Communications
> Update and maintain the WIX website.
> Create and send marketing emails to members and the public.
> Design wedding guides, pricing sheets, posters, and other materials using Canva.
> Manage social media content on Instagram and Facebook.

Event Coordination – Weddings & Groups
> Coordinate weddings, celebrations, golf, and restaurant groups.
> Develop menus, timelines, and activity plans.
> Collect deposits, payments, and issue invoices.
> Communicate details to kitchen and service staff.

Club Events & Promotions
> Organize, publish, and promote club events.
> Manage ticket sales for comedy nights, live music, and trivia.
> Host events onsite (welcome guests, scan tickets).
> Plan and support Men’s and Ladies Nights, including scoring, prizes, and communications.
