Meadows

The Pemberton Meadows stretches to the northeast of the Village of Pemberton. The Meadows is well known for the world-class production of seed potatoes. The Meadows is primarily a food production centre. In addition to seed potato production, organic vegetable and beef agriculture are popular businesses in this region of the Valley.

Equestrian Activities

The Pemberton Valley is clearly horse country. Numerous trails provide access to the Meadows by horse. The Meadows continues to develop further as equestrian training facilities grow.

Tourism & Natural Resources

The Meadows is also a base for forestry. The Meadows road provides access to timber harvesting. Various outdoor recreation opportunities such as hunting, mountain biking, road biking, hiking, fishing and paragliding are also very popular.
