GRANT & CLIENT SERVICES LEAD
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team lead who is passionate about helping rural, remote, and Indigenous organizations bring their projects to life.
In this diverse role, you won’t just wield your strong writing skills … you’ll walk alongside organizations as they define their priorities, design impactful projects, and access the resources they need to make them a reality. From uncovering funding opportunities to writing compelling proposals and supporting project planning, you’ll play a key role in ensuring meaningful work moves forward. Depending on a client’s needs, you may work more in one area than another. Post-secondary education is preferred though we welcome leaders with diverse backgrounds. Previous professional writing experience is required (e.g., grant writing, proposal writing, copywriting).
The Grant and Client Services Lead will primarily work remotely from a home-based office with occasional in-person meetings. While this work is within a tightly knit remote team, this role must be comfortable with the nature of remote work and thrive with autonomy and agency over managing their own time and workload. Excellent time management skills are required. This position will use virtual tools, such as Microsoft Teams, to facilitate teamwork. The Grant and Client Services Lead will report to Grant and Client Services Manager.
Our compensation package includes a bonus program, extended health and dental benefits for you and your family, and professional development and flexibility over your schedule (work life balance!). Hourly rate ranges from $35-$46, negotiable commensurate with experience. This is a permanent position, with both part time (20-32 hours/week) and full time (32-40 hours/week) being considered.
If you are looking for work that provides flexibility and purpose with an employer that values your thoughts, insights, skills, and boundaries, please apply. If you thrive in collaboration, love building clarity out of complexity, are energized by supporting others to lead change, and are aligned with our values, this might be the role for you.
Visit www.clearcourse.ca/careers for detailed information including job description, our hiring process, and how to apply. This posting is open until December 12.
Help us make meaningful projects a reality.
